During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to keep delays minimal.

2. Shipping Destinations

Metwinn ships to most major regions worldwide. Our logistics partners are selected for their reliability and global coverage. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or remote military zones at this time. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact our support team before placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and order value. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-9 business days after dispatch (available in selected regions).

These estimates are provided as general guidelines and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or local holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local handling fees that may apply to their order. Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Metwinn is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
